Emotion-Driven Thinking: Assuming that something must be fact because it’s what you feel.

Emotions can be handy mental tools.

They can keep you safe and point you in the direction of your passions. However, relying on your emotions alone may cause you to unintentionally overlook the facts.

Missing facts in an effort to squelch a screaming emotion is a bad idea.

If you're emotional driven - no sweat. Spend time quantifying your decisions. In a strengths-based culture surround yourself with people who are analytical and/or deliberative.

The key to a healthy emotional and intellectual self - is a balance.

Balance is key.
