BE BOLD, BE HUMAN-LEAD WITH A HEART THAT'S UNAFRAID TO CHANGE THE GAME.
- A FEW THINGS THAT SHAPED ME -
I Know What It Takes to Build Thriving Leadership—And How to Transform It
With 15 years as an entrepreneur and 30+ years in C-suite roles, I've experienced the
full spectrum of leadership: the wins, the wounds, and the lessons that shape true in‐fluence.
My leadership experience spans roles including:
• Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
• Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
• Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
• Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
• Talent Strategy & Retention Architect
• Executive Leadership & Board Advisor
I bring all of that into my coaching—not theory, but lived experience in the challenges
you face every day.
- A BIT ABOUT ME -
I live in Omaha, Nebraska with my wife and family. Though our kids are grown, we still find joy in the magic of Disney World, supporting the arts in our community, and cheering on the Denver Broncos. I hold an undergraduate degree in Business Communications from Dana College and an MBA from Bellevue University—both of which shaped my leadership lens and strategic approach.

MY 2025 INTENTION: RHYTHM
For me, rhythm is more than pace, it's about alignment. It's the steady cadence that keeps professional, personal, spiritual, and emotional life in sync. In 2025, rhythm is my intention. A shift away from reactivity and burnout, toward intentional movement: effort and recovery, focus and freedom, leadership and learning. By embracing rhythm, I'm creating space for sustainable momentum, deeper impact, and a life of balance and purpose. Let's build something meaningful—together.
