BE BOLD, BE HUMAN-LEAD WITH A HEART THAT'S UNAFRAID TO CHANGE THE GAME.

 - A FEW THINGS THAT SHAPED ME -

I Know What It Takes to Build Thriving Leadership—And How to Transform It

With 15 years as an entrepreneur and over 30 years in C-suite roles, I've navigated the full spectrum of leadership: the triumphs, the setbacks, and the profound lessons that forge authentic influence and lasting impact. My journey has equipped me to guide executives and business owners through the CatalX™ framework—blending psychology, strategy, and energy—to scale profits, reclaim time, and lead without burnout.

My leadership experience spans pivotal roles, including:

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  • Chief Experience Officer (CXO)

  • Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

  • Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

  • Talent Strategy & Retention Architect

  • Executive Leadership & Board Advisor

I infuse all of this into my coaching and consulting—not abstract theories, but hard-won insights from the real-world challenges you encounter daily. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Positive Psychology Coach, and Enneagram Certified Coach, I leverage neuroscience, CliftonStrengths®, NLP, and proprietary tools like the Profit Acceleration Simulator to help leaders rewire subconscious limits, elevate performance, and build energized teams that drive measurable results.

- A BIT ABOUT ME -

I make my home in Omaha, Nebraska, with my wife and family. Even with our kids now grown, we cherish the enchantment of Disney World, champion the arts in our local community, and rally behind the Denver Broncos. My foundation includes an undergraduate degree in Business Communications from Dana College and an MBA from Bellevue University, both of which honed my strategic mindset and communication prowess in leadership.

MY 2026 INTENTION: LOYALTY

Loyalty, for me, is the quiet anchor in a world of fleeting tides—a profound commitment that weaves through the fabric of faith, family, and friends, grounding us in what truly endures. It's not mere allegiance, but a vibrant force: the steadfast presence that nurtures trust, honors shared journeys, and amplifies collective strength. In the realm of business, living out loyalty means cultivating relationships built on integrity and mutual upliftment—serving clients with unwavering dedication, empowering teams to thrive without exploitation, and fostering collaborations that ripple positive change far beyond the boardroom.

Imagine loyalty as a garden tended with care: planting seeds of empathy in coaching sessions to help leaders break free from silos and burnout; harvesting fruits of shared success through ethical strategies that boost profits while preserving well-being; and pruning away self-serving pursuits to make space for genuine impact. In my coaching and consulting, loyalty manifests as a healthy practice—listening deeply to unlock hidden potential, committing to long-term growth over quick wins, and creating ecosystems where everyone flourishes. It's about being the reliable guide who champions your vision, celebrates your victories, and stands firm through storms, ultimately forging legacies of abundance and purpose.

This year, loyalty calls me to deepen these bonds: in faith, as a reminder of divine constancy; in family and friends, as the heartbeat of joy and support; and in business, as the catalyst for transformative good. Let's embrace it together—building not just empires, but enduring alliances that elevate us all.

Best Advice Ever:

Unlock Triple-Margin Freedom: Scale profits without sacrifice, free your time for faith and family, and lead with loyalty that multiplies good.
