Hello again. I know a thing or two about career transitioning, whether it's advancement or starting over. I was a 15-year entrepreneur who experienced all the joys of leadership, including the cuts and scrapes. I have a proven leadership track record in several areas, such as:

-
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
-
Experience Management (XM) (CXO)
-
Marketing/Corporate Communications (CMO)
-
Human Resources (CHRO)
-
Talent Attraction and Retention
-
Executive Leadership and Board of Directors
"As someone who has worked with Executive Coaches for well over a decade, Mark Mathia's ability to ask the right question at the right time is almost unrivaled. Mark very often disrupts my mindset and provokes me towards appropriate action. Working with Mark for almost a year has produced significant improvements in my personal life, self-leadership, and professional abilities." Jim Moorhead, Executive Leader

2025 Intention – Rhythm

Rhythm can be defined as a consistent, harmonious pattern or flow in movement, action, or thought. It's the balance and cadence that aligns my actions with my goals, creating a sense of steady progress and fulfillment. Rhythm is not just about pace; it's about finding the right tempo that sustains energy, promotes creativity, and ensures that life's priorities are in sync.

In 2025, rhythm is my intention as it reflects my desire to create flow and alignment in every area of my life-professionally, personally, spiritually, and emotionally. It's about moving away from reactive habits or chaotic cycles and stepping into deliberate, intentional patterns. By embracing rhythm, I commit to a life where effort and recovery, focus and freedom, leadership and learning are seamlessly integrated. This intention helps me build resilience sustain momentum, and achieve meaningful outcomes without burnout, making 2025 a year of balance, purpose, and enduring success.
