That is why all brands should be built inside out or not built at all.

When associates are aligned with the brand and believe in its values, they become brand ambassadors and help to create a strong and authentic brand image. Investing in employee training and development, creating a positive work environment, and fostering a sense of community within the company are all crucial steps in building a brand that stands the test of time.
